JOHN A. ELLIOT
February 27, 1941 – June 28, 2012


Peacefully, following a courageous battle against cancer. Beloved husband of Debra (Walsh), cherished father of Jayson, Tiffany and Ryan (Monique), dear brother of Grace (Al Wallis), and Andrew (Barbara). Brother-in-law of Shannon (Walsh). Lovingly remembered by his nieces; Sandra (Wallis), Cathy (Geoff Mcknight), Sarah, Kerry, Tarra and nephew, James. Also missed by great niece, Emma and great nephew, Joshua.
Born in Montreal, Quebec, John and his family moved to Brampton in 1989 where he was actively involved in minor league sports. In his retirement years, John enjoyed family, friends, travel and tennis. He was a devoted husband and father and a loyal friend. John will be greatly missed.
A service of remembrance will take place at the Brampton Golf Club, 7700 Kennedy Rd., S. Brampton, ON., on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the Brampton Golf Club.
