Passed away peacefully on March 28, 2012 at Extendicare Brampton at the age of 54. Predeceased by his father Joost (2000), and his brothers Jerry (1978) and Peter (2006). Survived by his beloved mother Alida and her husband Thomas Denbok. Cherished brother to Lois and her husband Larry Horne and sister-in-law Debbie de Boer. Proud and loving Uncle to Sonya (Brad) Streahorn, Crystal Swift and Joseph de Boer. Joe will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home ‘Brampton Chapel’ 52 Main Street South, Brampton on Sunday April 1st, 2012 from 1:30 – 2:30p.m. Funeral Service followed in the chapel at 2:30p.m. Cremation to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Canada would be appreciated by the family.
