Passed away peacefully with her family by her side after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Beloved wife of Frank. Loving mother of Johnny. Mother of Anita and Michael Taylor of Cambridge. She will be sadly missed by her father Wilfred, her brothers Mark and David. Predeceased by her mother Therese and her brother Gary. Loving daughter-in-law of Giovanni and Giuseppina. Sister-in-law of Filomena (predeceased Salvatore) and Nick (Gina). She will be missed by all of her nieces and nephews, Nadia (Kyle), Roberto (Francesca), Vanessa, Samantha, Lauren and Emma. Many thanks to Dr. Lillian Siu and nurses Lianne, Christina, Sonia, Carol, Lindsay and Claudia from Princess Margaret Hospital for all of their care and support.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Saturday, from 6-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 & 6-9p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Church, 100 Bainbridge Ave., Woodbridge on Monday, September 10th, 2012 at 9:30a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation - Pancreatic Cancer Research.
