Joan Elizabeth Parkinson

Joan passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at the Bethell Hospice on Saturday, June 21, 2025 in her 81st year. Joan was born to Harry and Alice on November 4, 1944 in Liverpool, England. Joan was dearly loved by everyone who knew her. She always had an answer with her quick wit and sense of humour that made us all laugh. She will be dearly missed by her sister Pamela, her brother Phillip (Norma), her niece Pauline (Pat), grand-nephews Michael and Daniel, her stepson John (Amanda) and step grandchildren Tannis (Dylan), Colin and Claire and her many family and friends. We will miss her dearly but take comfort in knowing she is resting in peace with the Lord and with her predeceased love ones. Joan has been reunited with her husband John , her mom and dad, and her siblings Johnny, Phyllis and Francis.

We would like to thank the wonderful compassionate staff and volunteers from the Bethell Hospice for their amazing care of Joan. In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to the Bethell Hospice.
