It is with profound sadness the family announces her passing on March 27th, 2012 in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Nickolas (2004). Dear mother of Andy (Barb), Judy (Doug) and Joseph. Predeceased by son Robbie (1994). Cherished grandmother of Kim, Nicholas, Brett, Stephanie, Melanie and great grandmother to Aiden, Tanner and Hailey. The family will receive friends at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Friday, March 30th from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Joan’s funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 31st, 2012 at 1p.m. at Central United Church (1 King St., Toronto).
