Jennie Wildridge

Jennie Wildridge (nee Ballantyne)

Born on October 15, 1925, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 14th,surrounded by her loving family at the age of 91.

She is predeceased by her husband Jack, son Stephen and second husband James Westaway. Jennie is survived by son Paul, daughter-in-law Charlene, grandchildren, Allie (Matt Cameron) and Tom, and step-children, Lynn, Jamie (Nancy) and Peter (Brigitte) Westaway.

Jennie was a wonderful athlete. A keen tennis player, an avid skier and most notably as a golfer. She was a life-time member of Weston G&CC, golf member at The Toronto Hunt and she enjoyed her bridge group at The York Club. She was a Past President of the Ontario chapter of the CSWGA.

Jennie and Jack owned and operated the Roberts Gallery.

Friends may call at Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave. W), Weston on Friday, June 16th between 5 – 8 p.m. A private family service will be held. If desired, donations to the Toronto Humane Society would be appreciated.
