Jennie Birss

Birss-Jennie Isobel (nee King)
November 8th 1911-July 7th 2015
Died peacefully at Dunfield Retirement Home, Cambridge in her 104th
year. Born in Elder’s Mills, Vaughan and was a long time resident of
Brampton. Beloved wife of the late Ronald James Birss (2001). Dear
mother of Ronald Peter and his wife Mary Ann, John Charles and Robert
William. “Grandma Isobel” to Karen and her husband Don Lee, Kevin
and his wife Melissa and Ronald. “Great Grandma Isobel” to Garrett,
Declan and Sidney and Nathaniel and Zachary. Sadly missed by nieces,
nephews and special great grand-nephew Myles. Predeceased by her
father Charles Webster King , mother Flora Catherine Matheson and
siblings Robert, James, Mary Christine, Flora Donalda (Betty) McDonald,
John Charles (Jack) and Jean Hooper. Special thanks to all
the incredible staff at the Dunfield Residence for their devotion and
loving care to Isobel. A Private Family Service is being held. As
