Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Monday February 7th, 2011 at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husband W.Merv and daughter Valerie. She will be sadly missed by her loving family; sister Dora Newberry, children Geoffrey (Beverley) Janette (Egidio), Sandra, Karen and Brian (Kelly). Grandchildren Kelli (Dave), David Will (Stephanie), Kristi, James (Tera), Michael (Johanny), Paul, Ryan, Kyle, Connor, Taylor. Great Grandchildren Hanna, Hunter, Devon and Emma.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston on Wednesday February 9th, from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. A service will be held for family and close friends on Thursday February 10th at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
