Jeane Ramsay-Grieco

Jeane Claudette Ramsay Grieco passed away peacefully at St Joseph’s Health Centre on Monday, September 21, 2026 at the age of 91 years.

Although she was blessed with good health for most of her life, the last 3 years had been more difficult with her own health challenges as well as losing so many close family members, good friends and cherished pets. She always said that the hardest part of getting older was the absence of the people and pets who had meant so much.

Jeane was the beloved wife of Reg for almost 30 years. She was the proud and loving mother of Vicki Groves (husband John), predeceased by her son Craig Cuccio (Marilyn), predeceased by her daughter Sandy Marshall (predeceased as well by Sandy’s husband Patrick).

She was blessed with five grandchildren: Frank, Mike and the late Jamie; Megan (Will) and James. She adored her two great grandchildren: Myka and Lucas.

She was born in the province of Quebec on April 27, 1935. Jeane was predeceased by her parents Helen and Fred Ramsay. She was the youngest of four close-knit siblings (Margaret, Fred and Laura) and the last to pass away. She is missed by her many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial and Celebration of Jeane’s Life will take place on Saturday October 24th at 1:00 pm at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd Toronto (North of Lawrence Ave. W.)
