It is with great sadness that the family of Jean Ellen Zanardo announce her sudden passing on Tuesday
September 22 at Tall Pines Long Term Care Centre in Brampton at the age of 84. Predeceased by her
beloved husband Lino 1989 and son Dennis 2005. Dear mother of Nadine (Garry) and Eric (Sue)
Cherished grandmother of Cali, Lino (Kiera), Danny, Diane. Great grandmother to Luca, Leo.
Jean will be fondly remembered by many for her bright smile and warm hugs. Her heart was large
enough to become an extra grandma for anyone who needed one.
Always kind, loving, thoughtful and devoted to family and friends. Her sense of humour, sharp wit,
intelligence, grace and strength will be profoundly missed. Her love of family, card games and dessert
was legendary.
Cremation has already taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
In Jean's memory, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Alzheimer Society of Canada would
be appreciated by the family in lieu of flowers.
