Peacefully on June 23, 2010 with family by her side at the age of 73. Loving wife of John. Beloved mother of Alan, Brian (Anna), and Gordon (Jenifer). Dearest grandmother of Amanda, Holly, Megan and Connor. Dearest sister of Kathleen (Raymond), brother Kenneth in Ireland. Predeceased by father Connell, mother Jane and brother Leonard. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the staff at the Tall Pines Long Term Facility for their care and compassion.
Family and Friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel” 52 Main Street South, Brampton on Tuesday June 29, 2010 from 7-9 pm and Wednesday June 30 from 12-1 pm. A Celebration of Jean’s life will be held Wednesday June 30, 2010 at 1pm in the Ward Funeral Home Chapel.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
