ALDER, Jean Earla (nee McDowell) -
Passed away peacefully at Leisureworld Brampton Meadows after a rapid decline due to Alzheimers on Tuesday March 17th 2015, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Alder for 60 years. Beloved mother of Douglas (Lynda) and Thomas (Paulene). Dear grandma of Elliot, Melanie and Ethan (mother Sandra) and Tyler. Predeceased by her brother Walter (Helen) McDowell and sister Merle (Ralph) Millar. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A proud daughter of Shawville Quebec. Many thanks to the staff at Brampton Meadows for the care given to Jean during her short stay. Friends may call at Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main St. S., Brampton on Friday, March 20th from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at St. Paul's United Church, 30 Main St. S., Brampton, on Saturday March 21 at 11 am. Interment Brampton Cemetery.
