With shattered hearts, we announce that our beloved James (Jim) Wilbert Steadman passed away unexpectedly surrounded by the outpouring love of his family and God.
Jim was a simple man. Yet he leaves behind such a profound, complex, and abundant impact on everyone who had the blessing of knowing him.
In his work as a bus driver, he inspired, uplifted, and cared deeply for any who were in his watch.
Jim had many prized roles, including devoted husband to Judy for 65 years. Proud father of Tom (Tracy) Glen (Patty) and Jennifer (Nestor), proud Grandfather to Caitlyn (Luca), Noah, Tori (Brandon) and Ethan. Beloved brother in law to Bettie (Tony), Dear Uncle to Michael (Jane), Melanie, Shannon (Corey) and Kim. Loved brother of John (Patty) and Doug. Son to Dorothy and Thomas, and cherished friend of Fay, Jack and Wayne.
Rest in peace Jim, Dad, Pops, Grandpa, Uncle Jim. We take comfort knowing your best friend Uncle Tony took you by the hand and guided you up to Heaven, where you are finally at peace, reunited once again.
Thank you for giving us the whole world. We will miss you everyday for the rest of our lives. Till we meet again.
