Matera, James (Jimmy)

Peacefully on Thursday March 21st, 2013 at Centennial Park Place in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Audrey. Loving father of Jamie, his wife Leanne and the late Deborah. Cherished Grandpa of Megan and Kyleigh. Dear brother of Katherine Longo. Jimmy will be fondly remembered by many friends and family members. Jimmy was a long time member of the College of Dental Technologists and the College of Denturists.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Saturday from 7-9 pm. and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church 1415 Royal York Road in Weston on Monday March 25th, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
