Passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Sunnybrook Hospital, Palliative Care Unit. Greg will lovingly remembered by, his Mom Edith, Dad Jim, Aunt Jean, Uncle Bobby, the dogs and the birds. A very special thanks to all the staff at Sunnybrook Palliative Care and Mt Sinai Hospitals
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home , 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave W) Weston, on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place in the Ward Chapel on Tuesday, March 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu, of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. A Book of Memories may be signed at www.wardfuneralhome.com
