Peacefully with his family by his side on June 15, 2012 in his 79th year. Loving husband of Mary. Beloved father of Randy (Joy) and Barb (Tony).
Dear grandfather of Shauna, James and Brittany “Deanna”.
A Celebration of Jack’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion #15, 80 Mary Street, Brampton on Wednesday June 20, 2012 from 2-5 pm.
Cremation has taken place.
