JACK LENARDUZZI September 23, 1934 - October 19, 2016 It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Jack (Giacomo) Lenarduzzi at the age of 82. Beloved husband of 59 years to Rose. Dad to Jo-Anne (Vince Iarusci), Sandra (Paul Venier) and Nancy. Nonno to his cherished grandchildren Steven, Nicole, Laura and Sarah. Dear brother of Giuseppina and Antonietta in Italy and predeceased by his brother Lindo. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. N. Belluzzo, Dr. R. Zadra, Dr. H. Prewal, Dr. H. Berman, Dr. S. Carr and the dedicated team at the Heart Function Clinic at the Southlake Hospital. A very special thank you to Barbara Buczel. Her compassionate care and dedication are beyond words and we will be forever grateful. Visitation held at Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge, on Saturday, October 22nd from 6 to 9 p.m. and Sunday, October 23rd from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Augustine Parish, 80 Shoreham Drive, Toronto, on Monday, October 24th at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Southlake Hospital in Newmarket.
