Holly Kathleen Annis (December 25, 1960 – November 12, 2025)

With deep sadness and profound love, the family of Holly Kathleen Annis announces her passing on November 12, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 64 years old.

Born on Christmas Day in 1960 in Toronto, Holly grew up in the Weston Road area. The daughter of Gerald and Eileen Annis, Holly was one of seven children. She is predeceased by her beloved siblings Rita, Sharon, William, Stephen, and Randy, and is survived by her brother David.

Holly was the mother of four children, Mark, Carly, Charlotte, and Sean.

To know Holly was to feel her energy the moment she entered a room. She was empathetic, compassionate, outspoken, and wonderfully funny. She had a rare gift for making friends everywhere she went. Friends were drawn to her naturally; gatherings seemed to form effortlessly around her, and she was often, joyfully, at the heart of them. Holly was, in every way, the life of the party.

Her generosity was boundless, her laughter unforgettable, and her capacity to care for others immeasurable. Even in her hardest moments, she held onto her humour and her fierce love for her friends and family.

Holly leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and connection.

A visitation and funeral service will take place on Friday, November 21st.Family and friends are invited to gather beginning at 4:00 p.m., with the service to follow at 5:00 p.m. All are welcome to come together to honour Holly’s life, share memories, and celebrate the joy she brought into the world.
