Passed away peacefully at Georgetown Hospital, on September 1, 2018. Born in The Netherlands, January 29, 1934. Immigrated to Canada in April 1950. Married Tena Flikkema on August 17, 1957. Together they had 4 children. Loving father of Jane (Bob), Bill (Trish), Pat (Jack), Tracey (Don predeceased). Cherished grandpa of 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. An amazing man, husband, father, grandpa, great- grandpa, brother, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.
