WATKINSON, Helen - (Life long member of the Salvation Army. Founder of Courtney Personnel) Peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 10, 2013 in her 71st year. Sadly missed by her loving husband Brian, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Ruth Harris (Eric) and their family and Joan Huchuk (Ken) and their family. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (just west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. A Celebration of Helen's life will be held at the Salvation Army North York Temple, 25 Centre Ave., North York on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Etobicoke Temple Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
