Passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones on July 9, 2014 at the age of 82.
She was proud of her work as a lab technician for the Ministry of Forestry until she married the love of her life and devoted husband of 52 years, Peter. She also leaves behind three children Diane (Randall), Victoria (Ammar) and Andrew, and three adoring grandchildren Kadin, Sam and Sophie.
She was a gifted student who graduated at the top of her high school class and enjoyed literature, art and science. She was an avid gardener, birdwatcher, and lover of crossword puzzles.
A private memorial was held by family.
