Heather O'Brien

It is with broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of Heather Lynn O’Brien at the Brampton Civic Hospital on Friday, July 19, 2013. Heather was the beloved daughter of Linda (nee Laverty) and Keith O’Brien and cherished little sister of Geoff, as well as all her loving aunts, uncles, cousins and dear “family” friends. Special thanks to the clients and support staff at 19 Rutherford Road. Also our heartfelt thanks go out to the exceptional staff at Brampton Civic Hospital Intensive Care Unit. Our gratitude also extends to the staff of Spectrum, Red Cross, SRT and CCAC. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street S. (Hwy #10), Brampton on Wednesday July 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Marguerite D’Youville Parish on Thursday July 25 at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family is currently arranging a memorial fund in honour of Heather. These details will be updated on the Ward Funeral Home website (www.wardfuneralhome.com) Brampton Chapel, as they become available.
Heather brought light and colour into so many lives. Please wear colour to celebrate her life.
