Passed away peacefully at the age of 63 at the Bethell House. Loving mother of Veronica, Alvaro, Melita, Letitia, and Lloyd. She will be sadly missed by her 11 grandchildren. Survived by 2 sisters and 2 brothers in Halifax, N.S., and by her mother Doris Coolen. Predeceased by her father Harry Carter. She will be remembered by all for her strength and her generosity.
