Dave passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday December 28th, 2012 at the age of 89. Loving husband of Evelyn for 68 wonderful years. Proud father of Gary (Toni) and Ken (Val). Cherished Grandpa of Sarah (Jason Ferber), Andrew and Christopher. Brother of the late Ken (Mary) and June Crow (Chuck).
Dave was an honorary member of the Blue Knights Ontario Chapter IV. He made those around him feel special and loved. His optimism and positive outlook on life impacted everyone he met.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (just west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Thursday, January 3rd, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Friday, January 4, 2013 from 11am-12pm. A Celebration of Dave’s life will be held in the chapel on Friday, January 4th, 2013 at 12 noon. Reception will immediately follow.
