Peacefully on Thursday March 22, 2012 at the age of 92 at the Village of Humber Heights. Beloved husband for 64 years to the late Helen Rosati. Loving father of David, Janis Telfeyan, and Kathy and her husband Gabe Kedmi. Cherished pappa Stacey McKenzie, and Aaron, Michelle and Nicole Telfeyan. Great-pappa of Kyra, Logan, Jacob, Sarah, and Jack. Hank will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm and on Monday from 7-9pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (49 George St., Weston) on Wednesday March 28, 2012 at 11am. Cremation to follow.
