Following a long courageous battle Grace passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She will be missed dearly and will always be fondly remembered and loved by her family and friends.
She has been reunited in heaven with her husband Mike and her grandson Daniel. Loving mother to Apostolo (Suzanne), Angelo (Nadia) and Antonia (Anthony). Proud grandmother to Michael, Jessica, Julia, Daniel, David, Eric, Peter and Marcus. Beloved sister to Mary and Tony.
Her selflessness, sense of humour and kind nature will always be remembered.
