Suddenly on Wednesday February 15th, 2012 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Terri. Loving father of Julia, Hilma, Stacey, Desmond, Clarence, Letitia, Glenda. Cherished grandfather of 16, and great grandfather of 2. Dear brother of Lynn, Rosalyn, Letitia, and Worthy. Predeceased by his parents Cecilia and James, and by sisters Helen, Elaine, and Daisy. George will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held in our chapel at 10am on Saturday February 25th, 2012. Interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.
