Suddenly at home on Thursday, August 22nd, 2013. Beloved husband of Jane. Loving son of Jean Parsonage and the late Harold. Dear brother of Sharon and her husband Ted Stiles and Jack and his wife Patricia. Cherished son in law of Florence Plunkett and brother in law of Patrick Plunkett and his wife Anne. Gord will be fondly remembered by Aunt Maggie, many nieces and a nephew. Gord will be greatly missed by his dog Honey.Gord was a longtime employee of Go Transit for over 30 years.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Wednesday from 12 to 1 pm.

A Celebration of Gord’s life will be held in the chapel on Wednesday August 28th, 2013 at 1 pm.
Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Canadian Diabetes Assocation
would be appreciated.
