Born July 27, 1920 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and passed away November 7th 2013 at Grace Manor, Holland Christian Homes. Predeceased by her cherished husband Pieter de Graaff.Beloved mother of Betty and Michael Zelisko, Pieter and Cheryl, Gerard, and Cornelis (Corrie) and Elly. Oma to Derek and Janine, Andrea and Simon, Sean and Jennifer, Tara, Michael and Nora, Robert and Aja and Robert and Lindsey. Omi to Tristan, Zoe, Vincent, William, Aaliyah, Adrian, Chloe and Lucas. Family and friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel", 52 Main Street, South (Hwy #10), Brampton on Monday, November 11th at 12 Noon followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to your favorite charity would be appreciated.
