Giuseppina Fontana

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Giuseppina Fontana, of Mississauga, Ontario. Giuseppina passed away peacefully on May 9, 2023 in her 77th year. Born in Veroli, Italy on March 19, 1947 to Teresa Lombardi & Umberto Narducci.

The devoted wife of Domenico married 55 years. Loving mother of Roberto (Maria), Danny (Connie) & Sonia. Proud grandmother of Joshua, Alessia, Maiya, Gabriel & Kayla. Dear sister of Santino, Mirella (Aldo), Angelo (Tiziana). She will be lovingly remembered by her extended family.

Giuseppina’s greatest passion was dedicating herself to her family, a loving wife and nurturing mother and grandmother. Family dinners were especially important to her, cooking traditional Italian meals brought her family together. A gentle soul, who had a heart unlike any other. She loved unconditionally and had a soft spot for animals. She particularly enjoyed vacationing to her hometown of Veroli Italy with her husband. She loved these trips as they allowed her to spend time with her now late mother.
