In his 97th year he passed into God’s hands on Nov. 28, 2011 and is reunited with his beloved wife of 72 years, Annetta. Loving father of John (Gina), Nicoletta (Rocco), Mary (Bill) and Enzo (Bernice). He cherished his 10 grandchildren Frank (Rita), Mike (Danijela), Ron, Joe (Lora), Bill (Sarah), Jordan (Pantea), Dylan (Kristy), Serena (Kyle), Avery (KC) and Laura (Robert) and he adored his 18 great-grandchildren. Always a man of strength and innovation, he leaves with us a legacy of family traditions. His homemade wine, pasta, gardening and amazing cooking will continue to inspire his entire family. Visitation at Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence) on Thursday, Dec.1 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday at 9:30am at All Saints Church (Royal York and La Rose).
