RITACCA, Giuseppe – born S. Vincenzo La Costa, P. Cosenza, Italy. June
14, 1925. Passed away March 27, 2011 at Humber River Regional Hospital,
Toronto, surrounded by his family. Loving husband of the late Lina
(Fallico) and adoring father of the late Anna (Rao). Immensely devoted father of Madalaine, Mary, Francesca, Joseph, Cathy, Fiorella, Palma, Julie, Roman and Rosie. Loving grandfather and great grandfather. Joe was deeply humble, gentle and extremely hard working. His unsurpassed kindness and love for his fellowman was evident every day of his life. Resting at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Tuesdsay from 2 -9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 811 Lawrence Avenue West, Toronto, on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery in Thornhill. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
