Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Monday February 22, 2016 in his 99th , year. Devoted husband of Danila of 74 loving years. Proud father of Claude (Jane) and Peter (Jackie). Cherished Nonno of Melinda, John and Susan. Great “Nonno” of Kendra, Lisa, Kailey, Claudia, Victoria and Bianca. Gianni will be sadly missed by his brother Rino and his many friends and family.
He has joined his parents Pietro and Carolina and his siblings Antonietta, Noemi, Luigi, Maria and Bruno. “Forever in our hearts.” Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100. A funeral service will be celebrated in the chapel on Friday, February 26th, 2016 at 11a.m. Entombment will take place at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
