In Loving Memory of Giovanna Pella.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Giovanna, who died peacefully on August 21, 2026, at the age of 90.

Born on November 10, 1935, in Azzano Decimo, Italy, Giovanna was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend.

Giovanna will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and love of family.

She enjoyed dressmaking, attending dances over the years with her late husband Ruggero and watching Turner Classic Movies. She also took great pleasure in spending time with her grandkids.

Giovanna is survived by her sons Lorie (and wife Melanie) and Renzo; grandchildren Ailish (and husband Chris) and Simon; and great granddaughter Florence; and other relatives.

Giovanna was predeceased by her siblings, Franca, Terezina, Gigetto, Ophelia, Maria and Erminio.

The family would like to thank Buddy Services, Etobicoke Senior Services, especially her two PSWs Chinenye and Anthonia for their care and compassion.

Giovanna will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
