BOTTERO, Gino Emilio - Peacefully with his family by his bed side on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Etobicoke General Hospital at the age of 81. Loving father of Ernesto and his wife Theresa, Josie Grossi and her husband Gabriel, Lino-Gino and Mario and his wife Cathy. Cherished Nonno of Gino, Anastasia, Alessandra Bottero and Emilio, Gabriel, Filomena Grossi and Vanessa and Alex Bottero. Gino will be fondly remembered by his many friends and business partners. Family would like to thank the staff in the Palliative care unit at Etobicoke General Hospital for all the care and compassion given to Gino. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Thursday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Church, 8500 Islington Ave. in Woodbridge on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
