Peacefully passed away on June 9, 2017 at the age of 88 at Norfinch Care Community. Predeceased by her son Elvio and husband Giovanni. Loving Mother of Ester (Gino) and loving daughter-in-law Loris. Cherished Nonna of Sandra, Michael (Natascha), Richard (Tricia), Brian (Francesca), Christina (David) and her 7 great grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100 on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Roch’s Church, 2889 Islington Ave., Toronto. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
