George Papadimitrios

It is with deep sadness our family announces the sudden passing of George Papadimitrios at the age of 83 years on April 3, 2017. Born on January 16, 1934 in Emborio, Greece. Beloved and cherished husband of 55 years to Marika. Devoted and proud father of Bill (Shelley), Jim (Sheila), Dan (Marina) and Elaine (Mike). Adored Grandfather (Dedo) to Alexis, Gregory, Jason, Danny, Isabella, Michael and Mary Grace.

George was also a dedicated uncle, cousin, friend and neighbour who was full of laughter and love and always the first one to help out anywhere that was needed. People who knew him, knew he was kindhearted, strong willed and a pillar for his family and friends. George lived his life to the fullest, from enjoying his Sunday morning gatherings with friends for a coffee, to his award winning gardening displays and spectacular Christmas lighting creations. George touched everyone who knew him, and he will be missed dearly by all his friends and family.
