George Carney

Carney, George Thomas – peacefully on July 30, 2011 at Charlotte Villa, Brantford, at the age of 90. Pre-deceased by his wife Kathleen (1994). George leaves to cherish his memory his son Tom and his wife Laurie, daughter Jane and her husband Mike Foote, grandchildren Martin, Andrew, Jordan, Daniel and Michelle and nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Thursday from 12:00 p.m. until service time in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Cemetery , Schomberg, Ontario. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
