George Cadas
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of George Cadas, age 67, who passed away peacefully on Friday, February 20, 2026, in Orillia, Ontario after a courageous battle with liver cancer.
He leaves in mourning his mother Angele Koula, his brother Chris, his sons Peter(Thais) & Joseph and grandson Thomas. He also leaves in mourning his loving nephews Pierce, Nicholas, Chris, Stefan, Tristan and Sebastian.
George was a successful businessman in the window manufacturing industry for over 30 years.
He will always be remembered for his loving and outgoing character. One would always know when George entered the room, as he was never to be the quiet one in the corner.
Always impeccably dressed in luxurious furs, gold chains, rings, bracelets he resembled a happy medium between Al Capone and the Prince of Funk Rick James.
Favorite pastimes included fishing, boating , reading novels, and most importantly eating at high end steakhouses (Small rooms, 17,Zorros) with his family and friends.
Northing made him happier than enjoying his love of food with those that he cared for the most.
He will be dearly missed and forever remembered by those who loved him.
In lieu of flowers donations to Cancer Care Society would be greatly appreciated
May his memory be eternal.
