Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, January 31st, 2012. Devoted husband of Yvonne for 48 wonderful years. Loving Babbo to Robert, Paolo and his wife Josie, and Christina. Proud Nonno of Julia, Robert Jr., Luca, Gabriel, Selena, Matthew and Olivia. Cherished brother to Anna and her husband Sam Benedek. Loving uncle to Sam, Mark, and Vanessa.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Thursday, from 2-4 & 6-9pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, 11873 The Gore Road (south of Mayfield) Brampton, on Friday, February 3rd, 2012 at 10 am. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens, Toronto. Memorial donations to the Hospital for Sick Kids would be appreciated by the family.
