Neethling, Frances - December 11, 1909-February 7, 2013
It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to my Mum, Frances Neethling, wife of the late Walter Neethling, loving mother and best friend to her daughter, Dorothy Kelly, wife of the late Dr. Peter Kelly. She will be deeply missed by two of her grandchildren she loved so much, Dawn Taylor-Melo (Helder) and Paul Neethling (Mae). Also left to mourn are her two sons, Dennis Neethling (Laura) and Ron Neethling (Charlotte) and their families. Born in 1909 in Cape Town, South Africa, she enjoyed life till she passed away at the age of 103. Special thanks to the staff at Humber River Regional Hospital (Church St. site) and to Dr. Ming Cheung, Cardiologist and family friend. Family and friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd.(north of Lawrence Ave. W), Weston on Monday, February 11 from 2-4 and at St. David’s Anglican Church, 1796 Lawrence Ave. West, Toronto on Tuesday, February 12 from 11 until time of service at 12 noon. Followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your choice of charity.
