Fotini (Toula) Panagopoulos was born on April 14, 1936, and passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, surrounded by family.

In 1965, Fotini left Greece to come to Canada to begin a new life. Soon after, she married her beloved husband Konstantinos, and they welcomed their first son, the late Ken in 1968, followed by their second son Bill (Laurie) in 1971. Fotini was the proud and devoted grandmother of two grandchildren, Toula and Gus, who brought immense joy and pride to her life.

She was truly the matriarch of her family—warm, loving, kind, protective, and incredibly strong. A hardworking woman with a generous heart, her greatest joy was her family. She loved tending to her garden, watching the Greek news, cooking and baking delicious meals, and attending church service.

Though she will be profoundly missed, her spirit will forever remain in the traditions she passed down, and the love that continues to bind her family together.
