Ferdinand Schermel

Ferdinand Schermel passed into the arms of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Monday February 22 in the presence of family. Loving husband to Sandy, Wonderful father to Rebecca, Ben, Katie and Mary.
Son of Andre and Dita; Beloved brother to Andre (Gwyneth), Charlotte (Bill), and Wim (Maria); Loving brother-in-law to Earl Williams (Lydia).
Ferdinand will be fondly missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

'In lieu of flowers we are requesting donations to be made to Possibilities House for Children Inc. This Charity is for an orphanage in Mexico run by a dear family friend with a huge heart for children. We know it would honor our father/husband through this time to be able help those in need.'


A private burial at Churchville Cemetery will follow his visitation.
Friends are welcome to join the family for a Celebration of life at Heartland Church on Tuesday March 1st at 7:00 pm.
