Faina Szlapetis,

Into God’s keeping, it saddens us to announce the passing of our Mother, on August 31, 2013 at the age of 90. May she rest in Peace.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Antoni (1988). Loving Mother of Henry and Helen and her husband Mike Breil. Faina was very fond of reading, gardening, cooking, and most of all wanted the best for her children. She was the most hard working person her children knew.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Oakville Chapel”, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Wednesday from 6-9p.m. with prayers at 7:00p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday September 5th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Polish Catholic Church, 40 John Street Oakville. Interment to follow at Trafalgar Lawn Cemetery. Reception will be held at the Mandarin Restaurant 3105 Dundas Street West, Mississauga (near Winston Churchill).

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society of Halton.
