Evelyn Dankiw

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on June 13th, 2012 at the age of 91. Predeceased by her beloved husband Philip Dankiw (1966) originally from Galicia-Ukraine. Loving Mom to Shirley Weber-Mayer (Jerry), Phyllis Newton (Allan) and Philip James (Sharon), Cherished Nana to Gregory Douglas Webber (Jackalyn), Mark Webber (Lee-Ann), Kimberley Blanchard, Jennifer Crawford (Jim), Tammera Soucie (David), Benjamin, Alanna Dankiw. Evelyn will also be sadly missed by Anita and Adrien Champion. Proud Great-Nana to 18 loving grandchildren. She survived all of her brothers Robert, Nelson, Harold, Ralph, and David Graham.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home "Oakville Chapel", 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Friday from 6-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday in the chapel at 11:00a.m. Interment to follow at Oakville Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, SickKids Foundation or Oakville Humane Society would be appreciated.
