Peacefully, surrounded by family on September 28, 2014 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of 60 years to the late Giulio. Loving mother of Maria Pia Sebastiano ( Giovanni), Fred (Maria) and Dina Sardo (Steve). Cherished Nonna of Joseph, Anna (Shane), Francis (Michelle), Daniel (Jennifer) and Emily and Bisnonna of Lucia, Julia and Anthony. A special Thank you to Andrelina, Emma’s caregiver of 4 years as well as the palliative care team at Mt. Sinai- Temmy Latner Centre.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.

A Mass in Celebration of Emma’s life will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, 11 a.m at St. Bernard de Clairvaux Roman Catholic Church (1780 Lawrence Ave W.) Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Mt. Sinai- Temmy Latner Centre would be appreciated.
