Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, January 20th, 2012 at the age of 72. Devoted husband of Maria of 47 wonderful years. Proud father of Rina (Robert Calderan) and Lores (Robert Tomé). Cherished nonno of Maxim, Jack, Tijanne and Lauren. Beloved brother of Nemesio (Graziella), Lorena (Franco Pizzola) and Carlo (Eleonora), Brother-in-law of Rosaria and Tony Belsito, Maura and Maurizio Martinuzzi, beloved zio to 11 nieces and nephews. An incredible and selfless man who touched many with his courage, strength and unconditional love. We can shed tears that he is gone, or we can smile because he has lived. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception (300 Ansley Grove Rd.,Woodbridge) on Tuesday, January 24th, 2012 at
11:00 am . Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
