February 4, 1930 - August 31, 2023

Passed away peacefully at home at the age of 93.

Elsie is survived by her daughter Wendy, her grandchildren Connie, Noel, Dwayne, Teresa, Tammy, Eddy, and Crystal, her great-grandchildren, her sister Fern and brother-in-law Dave, and her sisters-in-law Marina and Deborah.

Elsie is predeceased by her husband Shana, her daughters Ruth and Joan, her son Ralph, her son-in-law Ed, her parents Isaac and Minnie Russell, her sister Lillian and brother-in-law Malcolm, her brothers Graham and Jack, and her grandson Rodney.

In keeping with Elsie’s wishes she will be cremated and there will be no visitation or funeral service.
