Elsie Johanna Bosso (nee Hann)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elsie Johanna Bosso, age 89, on April 8, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario after some years of declining health. Daughter of the late Patrick and Cecilia Hann, Elsie was born in Newfoundland on July 27, 1931. Elsie came from a family of seven children and she is predeceased by all but her youngest sister, Marie Mackie of St. John's, Newfoundland. Elsie leaves in mourning her daughters Cecilia (Richard) Hyslop, Maria (Ken) Ryan and Regina Bosso, her three sons David, Frank (Lavona) and Tony as well as six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Gone but never forgotten, Elsie will live on in our hearts forever. May she rest in eternal peace.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Seong Choe who provided Elsie with many years of help and support as her family doctor.

In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated and may be made to a charity of your choice.

Elsie's final care has been entrusted to Ward Funeral Home, Toronto. Due to Covid restrictions a private family gathering will take place at a later date to commemorate her life.
