Elizabeth Savanyu
Elizabeth Savanyu (nee Pardi) passed away peacefully September 20, 2018 aged 90. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Leslie. Loving mother of son Leslie Jr., daughter-in-law Patricia, and daughter Elizabeth. Cherished grandmother of Sara and Alexander.
Born in Salonta, Romania on February 7, 1928, Elizabeth came to Canada in 1956 during the Hungarian revolution. She had a zest for adventure and loved to recite stories of her life. She lived the past six years at Millcreek Care Centre in Barrie, Ontario. Special thanks to all the staff for the wonderful care given to her over the years.
Interment at Riverside Cemetery 12 noon on Monday, September 24, 2018
